Info for stall holders

Dear lovely Stallholders,

We are delighted to invite you to take a stall at our annual Advent Fair at Waldorf Cambridge!

It is on Saturday 28th November 2026, 10am-4pm in our lovely school site on the edge of Cambridge, Fulbourn village (CB21 5DZ).

We are continuing to expand and develop what we do, and this year is no different. An indoor stall, including a 6-foot table, will cost just £37. All stalls will be grouped together in the hall and a nearby large classroom, helping to create a lively atmosphere and strong footfall throughout the day. We are also planning a performance stage area in the hall, which will encourage more people into the space at different times.

We are marketing the fair on Facebook, Waldorf groups and also widely across Cambridge. We have families attending the school from all around the surrounding areas, so are confident the message will be widely spread. I will send through the poster, please feel free to distribute it!

We want everyone to have a successful day. In our experience, stalls selling homemade, high-quality art and craft items, as well as natural products, are the best fit for our fair. Plastic, mass-produced or non-handmade items tend not to suit the character of the event. This year, following feedback from parents, we will not be accepting lucky dips, tombolas or prize draws. If you are unsure whether your stall would be a good fit, please drop me an email and we can chat further. Bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will also aim to avoid too many similar stalls, so please do book early.

If you would like to attend, please complete the booking form here: Cambridge Waldorf School Advent fair Saturday 28th November 2026 – Fill in form

We are discussing the possibility of a Friday evening late-night shopping session from 7–9pm, included for free in your stall cost. Please let me know if you would be interested in this. You would need to be able to set up on Friday early evening.

If you have any questions, please email me at adventfair@waldorfcambridge.uk.

We look forward to seeing you in November!

Best wishes

Tina
