At Waldorf Cambridge we value every child equally and recognise that all children have their own individual needs. We have a growing SEND team who work with children one-to-one or in small groups, ensuring every child has the best opportunity to make progress and thrive as part of our school community. As a small school with limited resources, our SENDCo is involved in every application, working with families to assess each child's individual needs and how we can best support them.
